Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and that, sometimes, conflicts unexpectedly arise. Whenever possible, we will offer credits for future RIP-IT Programs. We will have to access fees.

Once you sign up for a clinics or camp, we can only offer refunds for documented medical reasons.
Medical refunds will incur a $75 administration fee. Conflict or change of mind reason $100.00

SUMMER TEAMS:
Cancelation and Refund Policies for ELITE teams are based on the DATE of cancelation not the REASON.
Cancelations after the start of a  Elite team season will result in forfeiture of tuition.

Cancelation within 30 Days of start of the season 50% of total team fee will be forfeited.

We understand some players will miss tournaments for sickness or injury, but we can not refund fees.

Cancelation prior to 30 days of the start an ELITE teams seasons will incur a $250 roster holding fee

CAMPS and CLINICS:
Cancelations within 14 days in advance of a will incur a charge of $75.00 for Clinic $150 for  day/over night Camp

Cancelations within 7 days in advance of a will incur a charge of $100 for Clinic $250 for  day/over night Camp
Cancelation of indoor clinic over 15 days will incur a charge of $50.00
Cancelations after the start of a Camp or Clinic will result in forfeiture of tuition.
We will do out best to offer you alternative options
